Quinta do Candeeira is a place to enjoy calm and tranquility. A project based on rural tourism and agritourism, which focuses on rustic tradition and harmony with nature. The name comes from a familiar nickname given by the place where the owner’s grandparents came from, Candeeira. Furthermore, it reminds us of luminosity, as it shines like a dawn. A destination where you can always find light, life and joy.

The Accommodation
4 rooms that follow a clean design, where contemporary aesthetics merge with the
rurality of the surroundings. These are spaces that seek to combine aesthetics, functionality, and
comfort. Each Wing is composed by two double rooms and a shared bathroom. Have a look below!

Our nooks and crannies invite you to relax. Read a book in the shade, play a friendly game of tennis, take a dip in the pool, or simply listen to the sounds of nature, the dialogues of our animals and the rustling leaves.

Outdoor swimming pool with salt water. With dimensions of 10x5m and up to 2 meters deep, ideal for a good dive in the summer.
Porch
On the front of the house, this is a covered outdoor space ideal for gatherings, celebrations, wine tasting and even business meetinngs. A large area that can accomodate up to 20 people, with views of the Quinta´s garden and surrounded by the sounds of nature.
Tennis court
With official measures, 23x10m, it is ideal for a friendly match at the end of the day. Make a booking to guarantee availability at the desired time.
Living Room
With inviting sofas and a 49-inch television with cable TV.
Rural Kitchen
This is a place that takes us back to the past, with all the comforts of today. Its decor transports us to a traditional Portuguese kitchen, with clay, stone and wood. The kitchen has a wood-fire oven, a large chimney, a wooden table that seats up to 6 people with everything you need to create a delicious meal.
Dining Room
With a warm glow in the morning and a romantic atmosphere at night, this is an intimate and modern space with capacity for 16 people. It is also ideal for social events, meetings and gastronomic sessions.
BIO Vegetable Garden & Orchard
A permanent vegetable garden, here you will always fins something to eat. In the orchard, you will enjoy the freshness and sweetness of the seasonal fruits.
And if you find weeds that need to be cut? It is not carelessness... We are feeding the bees and other pollinating insects. Nature thanks!
